SPP BrandPlatformDeal Evidence

Every quote moves through versions, and most quoting systems keep only the one that signed. The versions a buyer walked away from are the larger dataset, and the only record of where a price stopped working. Refusals reads that record and names what it finds: patterns matched against the library SPP has built across decades of quoting records, each with a match strength, the evidence behind it, a position against the library (above, typical, or below what we see at that size), a dollar figure where the pattern has one, and a next step with the owner named. Patterns span packaging, licensing, pricing, seller behavior and the deal desk; named examples are quoting to the cap, the wrong lever, boundary refusal and standing exception. The position shows; the library's own numbers never do.
