Licensing Model
Tracking and billing based on actual resource consumption (API calls, tokens processed, compute hours, agent actions). A meter has three parts that are often confused: the unit being counted, the system of record that counts it, and the rule that turns the count into money (an allowance, a rate, a credit conversion). Buyers resist metering when any of the three is opaque, which is why transparent usage views and predictable billing are conditions of the model.
