Returns Policy
Occasionally someone orders a publication from our site they they
feel is not what they wanted / needed / expected.
We always try and make good on the purchase.
Most of the time, this means spending some time on the phone with
the person that ordered the item. Often the time spent on the phone
and advice given is worth more than the price of the document. Usually
that is satisfactory.
In those rare cases where someone does want a refund, we do so.
We don't question the customer's motive but do want to understand
why an item was returned so we can set expectations properly...
All we ask is you call or e-mail us first within 10 days of receiving
our materials . Next we ask that you return the materials in good
condition. In the case of electronic delivery, please delete them.
All we ask is you respect our intellectual property and not retain
any copies of the materials if they were not to your satisfaction.
We will refund the purchase price less any out of pocket shipping
or postage fees we paid getting the materials to you.
We try to be as fair with our customers as they are with us. And
they have been very fair so far.
